Everything on there website is "call for price". I made 3 calls, got hung up on once, was bluntly told by one rep who the "sales" prompt connected me to that he wouldn't help me and then had some one politely tell me that with out an account he wouldn't give me a price. I literally going out of my way to spend local and I cant even get a price for Romex!

These people are people, people.... We need more of people like those: Had a load to deliver at 7am, got there at 2am. Surprised to see some guys still working but they were very helpful. Showed me where to park till morning and made me feel like am welcome. In morning,the first shift or so guys show up and it's quick unload. Fast and friendly. Didn't have any hours left after the unload and they let me stay on the dock till another truck should show up! Fantastic...if another truck showed up,the gentleman said,,you can park right across the building on a neighborhood lot ... Wonderful experience and will go back there again anytime. Thanks Scott electric and please keep it up.

I would give less than one star if possible. Worst customer service. When they answer their phone the lady will put you on hold and transfer you to someone's voicemail or just hang up. If you have to visit the store you better not be in a hurry. I went in to buy a package of wire nuts, simple enough? NO. I had to log in my order, then wait for a "slip" -which never came- then visit two other windows and pay before I get what I ordered. I could have grabbed what I wanted off the shelf and paid for it but that was too easy. I left after ten minutes of standing around being unattended. Extremely complicated ordering process. I like to support small businesses but they make Lowes, Amazon, and all the big box retailers look appetizing compared to their horrendous business model. Why have items in the front for display if I cannot buy it right there, pay, and be done? It is hard to believe that they have stayed in business for as long as they have.

They were very helpful
I was looking for a odd fixture, they had it and took the time needed to find it for me even after the store had closed on a Friday afternoon
