Overall

Mark and his team were instrumental in fixing portions of our ceiling and wall after a leak. Mark's communication was on point throughout the process and the job was done with great care for our home. We hope to never need Turning Point Restoration again, but if we do, they will be our first and only call.

Overall

I had water in my basement and searched online for a company. From the reviews I contacted Turning Point Restoration. I was not disappointed. Mark came to my home first thing in the morning, since I live a distance from their office. He was very professional. He looked everything over and gave me an estimate and explained the process. The two gentlemen, Gage and Joe, that came to my home to work on my basement were courteous, respectful and informative. Not only did they explain exactly what they were going to do, they answered every question that I had and there were lots of them. They did a fantastic job even with having to drive to my home, which is out of their local area, for multiple days, until the basement was dry. They kept me up to date on what was happening for every step of the process. I would highly recommend this company and will call them again should I need mitigation services in the future.

Please be very careful! Very unethical. Overcharged us substantially for some water damage restoration and then only gives you 20 days to make the payment (after 30 days he starts threatening to take you to court). Well before the insurance money comes in. $4,000+ just to run fans for 48 hours. Total bill was nearly $11,000. Erie insurance only came back with $4900. Mark will bash Erie and say it's their fault, which I do think Erie is skimpy with remediation payouts, but Mark took advantage of us and he knew it. He should have never accepted the job knowing he would put us on the hook for the difference. Unfortunately you can't trust local businesses like this.

Overall

I had water damage to my kitchen and Turning Point Restorations was recommended to me by my insurance company. They completely renovated my entire kitchen and as the new cabinets were installed as the walls and ceiling were replaced they made sure everything was insulated properly as well as addressing any mold issues as they completed the work. The workers, Aurelio and Nick were amazingly personable and you could tell they really cared about doing the work right. Mark who was the project manager was great as well, keeping me informed of the project time line and communicating transparently as the work was being completed. The end result far exceeded any expectations I had and I'm completely happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Turning Point to anyone in need of restorative services.

Overall

The Turning Point Restoration mitigation team was fantastic!
They were a personable, pleasant, and professional crew. We knew that our home would be in good hands from the moment Mark met with us to assess the damage preliminarily. He was available at the house when we met with the insurance adjuster to help make that process go as smoothly as possible. Everyone on the mitigation team was respectful of the house, gave us a heads-up before they arrived with an expected arrival time, and gave us detailed explanations of what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what we could expect for next steps. Although we hope we won't need mitigation services in the future, Turning Point Restoration will be our first call if we do.
