We contacted BiiLT to help us with renovations to get ready to sell our house. They responded quickly, and Ryan gave us a great estimate and worked within our budget. The work was done quickly and professionally. They installed new carpeting, refinished our hardwood floors, completely overhauled one bathroom, and restored our shower and replaced a toilet in the other.

They were very easy to work with and were fine with added scope that we requested. They kept great communication with us through the process and made sure to put down protection on the parts of the house they had to travel through. I cannot express how impressed we were with the work. I would recommend BiiLT to anyone and will be reaching out to them for work at our new house.

We would highly recommend BiiLT Contracting Group! Everyone was very professional - quick to respond, courteous, and did what they said they would do. From Alesha in the office to Ryan, who gave us the estimate and contract, to Brent, who managed the project, they were a pleasure to work with. The work was started as they said it would and even finished a little earlier than projected. There were just a couple of minor issues, but they were taken care of very promptly and to our satisfaction. And we are very pleased with our new utility room (formerly our garage) and family room addition! We feel blessed that BiiLT did this work for us.

Beginning of January my basement flooded because hot water heater burst. I had one contractor come said he would do the work never actually heard from him other than excuses a couple of times he didn’t have a estimate so I called five contractors and had 2 responses told 3 to 4 weeks for an estimate spoke with Erin at BiiLT she sent Ryan He was absolutely great and understood my frustration after looking at everything that’s needed to be done, left two hours later I got an email Saying the estimate was completed and that I would have the hardcopy in my mailbox . I called Erin and was transferred to Alicia to set up the contract and she had Aaron come with Barry.. when I stepped downstairs, I was surprised to find the Insulation on the wall, sheet rock on and the floor covered so quick. He finished with the wainscoting, put all the trim up and finished doing all the painting. Everything was done in an about a week, All were very professional, courteous and Aron came back at the end to finish the paperwork and wanted to know if I had any complaints I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone was absolutely perfect and I thank each and everyone of you for all you have done. You are fantastic!

We met with Kyle this time last year to start the process of building our dream addition/new kitchen on our house. From the start they were professional, great to work with and responded to any questions promptly. They listened to what my vision was for the addition and made my vision a reality! They went above and beyond on a couple of special requests I had without any issues. The workers were great to work with and a shout out to Barry and Mike who did a great job on the finishing work. All the crews cleaned up their work areas at days end and even made friends with our two big dogs! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for some possible probjects! As a final not the cat loves the screened in deck at the end of the room!!

We did a complete kitchen remodel for our 60 year old home. Biilt exceeded our expectations of what our kitchen would look like after the remodeling was done. We especially appreciated working with the same people on our project. Several friends told us when they did remodeling work in their home, they never knew who was coming from the company they hired or if they were coming at all. Mike from Billt was at our house everyday until the job was done. There were no delays in the project. He was able to tell us what would happen each day. He was very professional and hard working and he kept the project on time. If we didn't like something he would fix it to our liking, no problem.
Lee, our project manager would check on the status regularly. Mike of course had help for different stages of the job and they were all polite and professional. But it was nice to see the same person everyday and know he would know what was happening next. We are satisfied 100%. Thank you Biilt!
