Overall

This was my first trip to Roche’s and I couldn’t have been happier. Nick was so helpful and knowledgeable. I told him in woman terms what I needed and he got it all together for me in plumbing terms. What a great experience. In addition, Zach and I chatted while Nick was getting my supplies and he was pleasant as well. Thank you gents, you made my day.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Never have I had service this slow before, refunds everywhere else take 2 minutes & usually when you pre-order something for pickup, that also takes around 2-3 minutes. Slow, horrible service here.

I pre-ordered a $7000 boiler to have it ready for me when I arrive, just for pick up to take 30 minutes because the genius at the counter took over 20 minutes to find the order.............

Prices are not better than the competition, people always say to support small businesses, but when the small guys have incompetent employees with rude miserable attitudes like the cashier here, it's kind of hard to not just go to Home Depot for every future purchase.

Also if you plan on doing a return, good luck. They kept me in there for 40 minutes just to give me useless instore credit & the guy tried to avoid giving me any sort of refund at all because the box the item was in had dirt on the bottom of it...... Yes this really happened.. the box had dirt & dust on the bottom & the dotard at the counter tried to tell me he can't refund me because of that.. So I talked to 3 other employees they said it's just the box, who cares if the item is intact.. so I eventually got my "refund" after the geezer took 40 minutes to process the instore credit.

Side note: I don't know if the cashiers wife left him or something but old guy who's always there is miserable to interact with, stares blankly like nothing going on up there, has no interest in helping customers at all & is the slowest employee I've seen in any store I've ever been in... how he is still employed is a mystery, he must know someone in the company.

Overall

Horrible customer service. They were too busy to price out a job so instead they pieced together a mixed matched equipment list with incorrect parts. When our HVAC system did not function properly they refused to take responsibility and stopped responding to our messages.
Work with RJ Walker for legit customer service.

Overall

Nice people at shipping and in main office. They let me stay in the front overnight. The dock I had to dock in was a bit of a challenge because of the way the back lot in made because of the river. They were really accommodating though, moving trucks out of my way and being super patient as I managed to maneuver my 72 foot long truck in there. Even so, they had me unloaded in under an hour.
