My counter tops look amazing!!! The fit is great and the style coordinates with the kitchen. My rep was very patient while we toured the building, even showed us the same counter tops a couple of times with no hesitation. The men who installed the counter tops even came back to drop off a cutting board from the leftover piece! It was worth the ride!!!

Good selection, easy in-store browsing & buying. But.. their phone system is unforgivably broken. I'm sorry, but if you just spent big $$$$ on a countertop, it's upsetting when you call multiple times regarding your order but can't reach anyone. I simply wanted to reschedule my install. Eventually I figured it out - call into sales from the menu options then ask to speak to someone else.

I'm very dissatisfied with my recent order. There were multiple issues:
1) When I called to schedule the installation of my countertops, the service associate failed to save the date in their system. This delayed installation of my countertops.
2) The came and templated three bathrooms and a laundry room sink. However, when they came to install (after the delay because they lost the installation appointment), there was no record of the laundry room template and they only had the bathroom countertops. I called multiple times to try to speak with someone about this before paying for the order and kept being transferred to voicemail with no call back from the service department.
3) One of the backspashes is too short. I have to wait for a service call to address this.
4) Another of the backsplashes was chipped during installation. I'm waiting for service to address this as well.

I had previously used Colonial Marble and was satisfied enough to order again from them. However, consistent with the recent reviews here, their service has definitely deteriorated. I will not be using them again.

I will update if these issues are resolved.

I had a quartz countertop installed on May 9, 2024 = 3 weeks ago. The backsplash behind the sink is the wrong size and needs to be trimmed down. It has been impossible to reach anyone by text, phone or email to resolve this matter. I have reached out at least 10 times without a response. Even my salesperson cannot assist me. VERY frustrating, especially, since there is time for new orders, but no time for service issues.

We met with Pamela to talk about replacing our kitchen countertops. Pamela cared about understanding exactly what we had in mind and spent so much time with us. She took us all around to look at every slab of granite and marble, every example of quartz, until she understood exactly what we wanted. It took awhile but we were never rushed to make a decision. We also worked with Stella who, too, took her time with us. We cannot say enough about Colonial Marble and Granite.

We would recommend them highly.

Colonial has many glowing reviews, but I have NOT had a similar experience and others should know what to expect if their project does not go well. The day of install the installers said to me that there were issues with the template and I immediately knew as well. I called colonial to tell them what was going on and we should stop the install. They insisted that we proceed to see what we are dealing with. After the install I was not happy, but final payment was required to be provided to the installers. I held back $1000 dollars due to the job not being completed correctly, but the installers informed me that if I do not pay, it will come out of their paycheck. There are large gaps around the range, and the apron waterfall sink is not flush and done incorrectly, it is shimmed and not level in one area, they cut out my drywall and it now needs repair, and the facet holes are too large and not aligned with each other. In addition, there were some scratches on the island quartz that I pointed out to the installers and they proceeded to "clean" it off with Bar Keepers Friend Liquid that they brought with them and recommended. The finish from that area is now gone and dull. The countertops were installed on 1/19, a technician came out on 1/25. He said he could not fix it. A specialist came out on 2/7 and he refused to work on it as well. It is now 2/9 and Colonial has not called me, nor returned my calls. It's been 3 weeks since installation and it is significantly delaying my kitchen renovation. They really botched this job. When people come over the first thing they ask is if I am actually working with a professional and reputable company. I tell them, I had thought so....

2/20 - still no path forward for my countertops. This week will be 5 weeks since installation and my kitchen.
2/9 They returned my call and did not have any report from the specialist that came out on 2/7. They also did not review the report I sent with photos that i sent them on 1/29. The person I spoke with said she would discuss with her manager and get back to me.
2/12 - I had not heard from them, so I emailed to request a call back. later that day I received a brief call, they said they would discuss with their manager and call me back later that day. They did not call me back. I called 4 times, they would not answer the phone. Left VM's. Spoke with the receptionist and she could not get me in touch with anyone who could help.
2/13 - I emailed them for an update. They responded that the sink area would be remade, but made no comment about the other issues. They promised an update on 2/14. I called and no one answered, left VM.
2/14 - I emailed twice for an update, no response.
2/15 - I called 6 times and they didn't answer, left one VM. They responded informing me that they would provide a written plan to me on 2/16.
2/20 - still no written plan. I have emailed and called several times today.

We just wrapped up a major renovation in our home including new kitchen, fireplace surround, half bath and hall bath using Colonial and Marble for all our counter top, backsplash, plumbing supplies, tile and hardware needs. Colonial has the best selection of materials and were able to source for us the most beautiful Tai Mahal quartzite slabs as well as porcelain slabs for our fireplace which turned out to be one of my favorite upgrades. Colonial Marble installers did a fabulous job of installing granite counter tops throughout our kitchen and in our two bathrooms. We also had a travertine stone back splash installed around the kitchen done in the pattern I requested. My rooms look great. They had tons of choices at the store to look at and choice from.. I felt their prices were reasonable too for what we had done. From purchase to installation the job was completed in a reasonable time. I would recommend Colonial Marble for counter tops and back splashes. Thank you Colonial Marble for a great experience!
