What I thought was going to be a straight forward repair ended up with nothing getting done.

I've had them look at my Hvac unit 3x within a few months and after the 3rd time, a dye was used to see if there was a possible leak.

Fast forward 4 months and still no checkup on it ( I was told they would return within 30 days)....I called, was told yet again they will let someone know but have been extremely busy.....now fast forward another full year....still waiting. I'm out over $300 for having nothing done.

Manage your business better. If you can't take customers...say so. I'd rather be told I can't be fit into the schedule over being told false promises.

I recently contracted with CVC Mechanical Contractors to replace the aging HVAC system in a home we just purchased. We were pleased with the entire experience, specifically the initial home visit and evaluation of our old unit, the ordering process and help with selecting the new units that would be right for us, and all of the odds and ends of the initial phase of the project. Installation day came quickly and the two techs who came to our home to install the new units couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. They finished in a little under two working days and then both of them took time to explain the operation of our new units to my wife and me. I will not hesitate to use CVC again if the opportunity presents itself.

I have the annual service contract with CVC & twice a year they come out, inspect all the equip, change the filter & give me a written report. At other times of the year if I have an occasional issue, they come out promptly & address it. The office staff is also very professional, friendly & responsive. Overall in my dealings with them, CVC is a very professional, reliable & trustworthy company based on professional, reliable & trustworthy people.

After reviewing and getting estimates from several other HVAC companies to perform a full Gas and AC furnace replacement, we decided to go with CVC. They had better pricing, were more professional and direct/down to business.

For our small home it was a couple day install. The same two workers (Andy &Tyler) came out each day at the same time ready to go. They stayed busy the entire time, were very professional, easy to talk to, and let us know when they were leaving or making big changes. They also worked with us on making a return vent size change giving us a much better look. Cindy, our project manager, was extremely to work with and always had quick responses to all of questions.

All said and done, this was one of the best experiences we've had over the years when buying in to various home related services.

Also, we are loving the new furnace and AC!

From the first contact with Cindy at CVC and making inquires to the final installation by the Andy and Dallen, it has been a pleasure working with this company. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained how everything worked. The quality of work was exceptional, and I am very happy with the efficiency of my furnace. They actually left my basement cleaner than it was when they came in.
