Pilar and Mike are super at communicating. Their team is always on time, professional, and leave the house spotless. It's always a team of two or three so they're in and out in no time. Definitely recommend.

The employees are very professional and prompt. I hired them for a post construction clean up. They were very thorough and did an excellent job. I felt very comfortable going into my home after the cleaning job they did. I would highly recommend them. I am considering hiring them monthly just to keep it in this shape.

Overall

Bittersweet experience.

Good things: cleaners are very efficient, professional, and attentive. 10/10.

Bad things: communication. First, the time the cleaning service was supposed to come changed three times, two of those were the day prior. Mike gave me a one-hour window for them to arrive, and they were still 20 minutes late, outside of that time window. Luckily, I was on holidays, so I could wait for them. Also, I agreed to pay for a 2 cleaners, 2 hour job. It ended up being 3 cleaners and 1.5 hours, which ended up being more expensive. I was not notified of that.
