I contacted Air Comfort Technologies when my husband and I realized that our AC unit was no longer keeping up with the heat. I spoke to Ann who was very helpful and answered all of the questions I asked her. I had called about 8 other companies as well to get an idea for quotes. Air Comfort Technologies was the ONLY company that warned me that if my system was older and there was a refrigerant problem, it would need replaced (thanks Ann!). Chris came out the following Monday to look at the unit and informed us that our 26 year old unit did in fact need replacing. He sat down and spoke to my husband and myself about what options we had moving forward. He explained everything and never tried to "sell" me something I didn't need. Both he and Ann were available through text/phone further answering all questions. Once we selected the new unit, Ann was on it to get it ordered and Chris came out quickly to get the job done! On the day of the job, Chris and Ron did an amazing job taking apart the old unit and getting the new one up and running in the same day! Everyone at this company is nothing but professional! I would recommend Air Comfort Technologies to anyone in need of an HVAC company. We will be returning customers for sure! Thank you!

Our tech Chris and his team were very knowledgable and upfront and honest. We had bought a 23 year old house with an ac unit that was never replaced, was not properly serviced and was also too small for the size house we had. Chris was not pushy for “sales”. Once we made a decision Ann was on top of getting everything ordered right away and service for install was scheduled and completed in less than two weeks. From start to finish air comfort technology was prompt and professional! Thanks again!

Tech was very knowledgeable, and explained the issues we were having. Arrived early, and that was well communicated by office staff. During the install, found small cracks in the 20 year old furnace. They were able to quote and install the furnace the same day as the AC unit was being installed. Great service and communication. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

I called Air Comfort because I am return customer. They have treated me right in the past and did an Amazing job again. My technician was Chris Ostrander and he went above and beyond. He replaced the hot water heater and even replaced a couple water valves that he noticed were aging and going bad. I am highly satisfied with Air Comfort.
