Overall

Excavator is great piece of gear. However it was somewhat limited by rubber track vs steel track due to wet area.
Also, doesn't seem fair to have incurred a 14% cost on the $200 delivery fee for the agreement to be liable for damages other than normal wear and tear.

Overall

We have on several occasions now rented both high lifts and mini excavators from AER. Communication and service has been great even after hours and weekends. Equipment has always run well and delivery and pickup has been prompt.
