The team starting from the sales representative to the technical installers were phenomenal. They asked me what I wanted to accomplish and they Went above and beyond what I asked. I couldn’t be happier.
Alert 360 & Essex Security, did a great job, as they always do. They performed our building's annual required full fire alarm system test & inspection. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable and communicative. Have been customers for many years.

I recently contacted Alert 360 to change some things in the account. They were friendly and accommodating with no stress. I give them a well deserved 5 stars.

*****I would like to update this review since Michelle reached out to me and verified that it was an error on their part and apologized and is working on a solution to rectify this situation. I greatly appreciate Michelle’s honesty, professionalism and kind nature. She showed compassion and understanding and actually listened to what I was trying to say and appreciated the loyal customers (17 years) that we had been with My Alarm Center. I only wish that I would have spoken to her yesterday. I will update this review once there is a full rectification of the situation. But wanted to express my appreciation to Michelle and her customer service.
I called and canceled our contract and services and I was not told that a cancellation letter needed to be sent in order to officially cancel services. I just received a letter from a third party debt collector for $1,400. I called the Alarm Company and they said they were sending emails and text message of past due notices, however I never received them. Never once did they send anything to my mailing address. The only way I knew about the overdue balance was by the 3rd party debt collector. I called the Alarm Company and spoke to a manager named Ernst who was extremely rude and accused me of lying. I was not lying that no one told me that I needed to have my cancellation in writing. The customer service lady told me that I was fine with my cancellation. Would it not make sense if a customer, who was in good standing, was not answering emailed or texts messages that you would follow up in writing with a letter to their mailing address before reporting them to a 3rd party debt collector. What poor business!! You can guarantee I will NOT be recommending My Alarm Center. When I called the 3rd party debt collect they were honest and said that I am not the first person to complain about this company. I felt it was only fair to warn others to stay far away from My Alarm Center!!! VERY shady business!! Warning…It will cost you greatly!!!

I'm pleased with the workmanship of Chris Haggerty when representing this company. He cleans up after himself when completing a job. He's punctual, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He listens and thoroughly answers your questions.
