When our heat pump system was on the outs we contacted Service First Heating and Air Conditioning to give us an estimate for a replacement. Everything from scheduling that free estimate to the actual installation was so easy and extremely professional. During the most recent heat wave the system completely broke the day before our scheduled install. Mike and Ethan showed up exactly when we were told they would show and they worked diligently and efficiently, with smiles on their faces, even with a 106 degree heat index and having to install most of the system up in a hot attic accessible only by an attic ladder not even actual stairs! Zero complaints from them. They were so professional and took all the added precautions to ensure my floors were protected. Drop cloths were put down and shoe covers worn. They completed the entire install in about 6 hours and we had relief from the blazing heat!! I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Brent who came out to provide the estimate. He didn’t leave a stone unturned. He took measurements, photos as well as the time to listen to our needs. We asked for multiple quotes on various options and all were provided in a timely manner even with it being July 4th holiday!! We cannot say enough about the excellent experience we have had!! Service First is truly a first class operation and we feel very lucky to have found them.

We woke up to an 83º house and no air conditioning on a day that was going up to 94º. I called Service First around 8am, and was told they'd be out between 10am-12pm. Melissa and Roman arrived a few minutes early (greatly appreciated!) and had our air back up and running in no time with a thorough explanation of what happened, and how they were fixing it. I felt comfortable with them, the cost of the repair, and most importantly felt like they weren't trying to take advantage of a situation by telling me things were wrong that weren't. 10/10 recommend Service First and most definitely Melissa and Roman.

Why didn’t I do this earlier?!? So happy with my heat pump for air conditioning now and heating this winter. Service First was excellent from beginning to end - and fast. Helpful sales process - never pushy. Very reasonable price. Considerate and clearly talented installation experts. Front office helped with all my questions and paperwork. We are cool and happy now despite the heat waves. Wish I did this 2 years ago.

Our air conditioner stopped cooling the house on a 96’ day. We called the emergency # and within 10 minutes, Nathan returned our call. He said his ETA would be 25 minutes. He was here in 25 minutes. He diagnosed the issue quickly, corrected the problem & answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, polite and patient. We are so impressed with Service First! Highly recommend this business for any heating/air conditioning needs!!

They were excellent! Got there in a timely manner, and put in systems that work really, really well. Let's just say that compared to how hot my upstairs got before, it's no exaggeration to say that there are times when the temperature is HALF of what it was before, especially on the hottest days of summer.
They got in, did the job in half the quoted time. They installed multiple different systems and even did a 250 gallon oil tank removal. I'm amazed at the speed with which the completed the project, and the financing could not be beat. Other companies came in at a lower cost, but after financing ended up being twice as expensive, if not more. The financing for Service First made them the most affordable option. If you don't have the cash to outright buy your system without financing, as most people don't, then it makes way more sense to choose a plan that has the lowest possible interest rate, year over year. And Service First delivered in every possible way.
My house is comfortable now. And that's the most important thing! No more window units, or ineffective "in-room" units. Nope. Just pure, temperature controlled environment. Thank you Service First!
