The guys were friendly and did a good job but they definitely have a problem with keeping appointment times. They are supposed to be 24 hours, so we called them at around 8 a few days ago. They said they could have someone at our house between 9:30 and 11:30. We got a call around 8:45 saying that they had made a mistake and wouldn’t be able to have anyone there until the next morning between 8 and 10. We were very understanding and agreed to the change in time. The next morning, however, a woman called and said that they got that wrong and they wouldn’t be able to have someone there until 10-12. When I asked why they scheduled the 8-10, she blamed the guy the night before. Reluctantly, we agreed to the new time, since she said that “there was nothing she could do”. As I stated before, the guys were friendly, professional and did a good job. I then got a call after they left trying to schedule for them to check on everything the next day between 2 and 4. I explained that that wouldn’t work because of mine and my husband’s schedules but I told him the times that would work and gave him my husband’s number to try to schedule something with him. They never called, so he had to call them and on the phone they said “nothing was ever confirmed”…right, because they said they’d call him and they never did. So he finally got something scheduled for 2 days later. (We probably could have had the equipment out the day before if they’d reached out to him and not be running our electric bill up higher by the second, but whatever.) They we’re scheduled to come between 8 and 10 AM and they actually tried so reschedule AGAIN. This time, my husband told them absolutely not! The reason they gave was that “they had another job”. So do they just double book themselves all the time and then hope that customers are understanding and allow them to reschedule over and over?? This way of doing business makes no sense to me at all. So they reluctantly came between 8 and 10 and finally took their equipment. 3 stars for friendly staff and professionalism while they were at my house and doing the job they were hired for, but I can’t give any more than that due the the scheduling issues.

I can’t express my gratitude at the professional job your crew did at our house after we had a sewer leak into our kitchen ceiling and wall.
They took care of explaining everything, packing all our items, and explaining the process step by step.
They were always on time, notified us of their pending arrival, and kept our insurance company informed.
They were a pleasure to work with and eased my worried mind having never gone through a flooding experience before. I would be honored to recommend your company to anyone who could use your services.

Ray and AJ followed up with demolition and dehumidifing the damaged areas. They provided protection for my furniture and cleaned up any mess. I would like to use Servpro to continue the last restoration step but was informed that this could not happen until 6 to 8 weeks. Please contact me ASAP
