They did an amazing job! My carpet smells and feels better already! I’m 37 weeks pregnant and they made me feel special about telling me to be careful with the wet carpet to go to the tile flooring, told me to have a safe delivery and hope everything goes well! I wanted to tip them but unfortunately I only had enough to get the carpet cleaned ???? next time I’m going to use them again I’ll tip them a good tip!!

Josh Humpfrey & Devlin did great as a team. Josh was organized, thorough & explained things in detail. Everything went fine. Some of our vents were hard to remove because the screw heads were stripped (from previous owners). Josh took it in stride & got the vents off. We got new screws & the technicians put everything back in place. Cleaned up after themselves. Very cordial & polite wabut down to business when they had to be. We always knew we would get a good job done by using Stanley Steamer. Their reputation precedes them. Just wanted you all to know…you can ask for Josh Humphrey by name when you call for a consultation of services rendered by Stanley Steamer. You won’t be disappointed with his skills.

Overall

The technicians did a good job explaining the air duct cleaning process to me and performing the job quickly. Unfortunately, they left quite a mess behind. Before the technicians left, I pointed out three registers that were now missing screws, but they were unable to provide adequate replacements. I had to spend an hour afterwards vacuuming up dust piles and switching registers that had been put back in the wrong place. I also noticed scratches on the walls that will require touch up paint. I am not sure I will use Stanley Steemer again.
