I can't say enough about the professional service that I received from AfterCare. From the moment I called the day I discovered water damage in my house to the final day of work, they were quick to respond and gave me guidance through the entire project.

I had a complicated insurance claim due to water pouring behind my interior walls coming from my neighbor's deck that included an uncooperative neighbor, a complaint with the township, and almost a year's time to complete. Daryn, the owner, made the time check out the job himself and each of his employees that worked in my home concerned themselves with our safety and convenience.

Doug was excellent. His experience and workmanship were top-notch and I feel as though he treated my home as if he was working on his own home. Matt was always available to speak to either me or the insurance company and he explained the process step-by-step. Every one of the employees of AfterCare were respectful, knowledgeable, and professional.

After a lot of headaches and detours that were out of our control, my house looks beautiful and I am confident in the workmanship. I would recommend AfterCare for all of your contracting needs.

From start to finish of dealing with AfterCare Restoration has been very pleasant and stress free!

Deb at the office was refreshing and very appreciative of her welcoming disposition. I felt like we were being taken care of from the start. She help come up with solutions to get our leak temporarily stop and wanted to make sure we were protected from the rain that was coming the very next day. She managed to get us a roofer that same day to put a temp tarp over the leak.

JT and Calvin were both awesome with removing the moisture and mold from a leak in my roof. They came Friday and after the removal of the affected damage. They told us Monday they would be back to collect their equipment only to find out it was still wet with moisture. They came back Tuesday and still discovered moisture. Finally Wednesday it was dry. I was appreciative of their caring and did not once make us feel any type of way about having them come out. They seem genuine of making sure we were taken care of with respect. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves! They answered all of our questions! Definitely would recommend to family and friends of their services!!

Aftercare was amazing. Our basement flooded this winter and they handled the remediation as well as the reconstruction. Debbie was so nice to me each time we spoke on the phone. Chris and his crew were great with helping to take care of drying out our basement and removing the damaged floor and drywall. Matt provided our quote for the reconstruction and worked with us based on our needs and on what we needed to have them do and was able to adjust our quote accordingly. We opted out of having them paint so that we could save a few bucks, but I'm sure Rob and Ray would have been amazing as they were the crew who fixed our drywall and installed the flooring.
Everyone was super friendly and professional.
I highly recommend using aftercare if you find yourself with a flooded basement. Thank you!

I called Aftercare after a fire made my house uninhabitable. I don't think I could have made a better choice. All of the guys I worked with were super helpful and went above and beyond what I needed. They worked with me every step of the way. From dealing with the insurance company to making sure the construction was completed as good as new. They were very easy to stay in touch with and I had no issue communicating any of my concerns with them.
I seriously can't thank everyone at Aftercare enough for making it as easy as possible to deal with the situation.
