I love the upfront pricing and setting of expectations. My appliance was too far gone to repair. Andrew explained the issue and recommended some brands to consider when we replace it. They are not affiliated with anybody, so I know I got an honest opinion and not a sales pitch. Great experience and will use them again.

Andrew fixed my Hotpoint electric stove within a half hour. He was able to check the wiring and correct the problem easily. He impressed me with his knowledge and the care he took when pulling out the stove from the wall. He put "mover discs" under the stove's feet so they would not scratch my floor.
