I highly recommend working with Cedar Valley for any type of garage, barn, shed or similar structure. Mark, Brad and their crews are easy to work with, honest, and take a ton of pride in their work. They make sure it's done right and that you are happy with the finished product. After agreeing on the design, they'll take it from there and make the entire process painless for you. They are very responsive and will keep you informed throughout the build, and answer any questions you may have. I'm extremely happy with the 24x28 two car garage, with a large attic, that they built for me. It was a pleasure working with them and I wouldn't hesitate at all to contact them for any future building projects.

So many good things to say about this company. Every aspect from demolition to completion, was handled by Cedar Valley. They were always dependable, on time, and always respectful of our property. The crew was knowledgeable & pleasant to be around. Any questions or concerns were responded to promptly. Our carport construction was adjacent to a shared driveway. The crew always kept us informed as to the daily, & upcoming work schedule, so we were able to keep our neighbors updated. Carport is beautiful. Quality construction. Job well done!

Overall

We recently completed a 30x48 with second floor and fully insulated and radiant heat main floor. We chose them for their experience and craftsmanship. Mark took us to see a couple of his builds before we made the decision as well. We had them work the entire build (permits, concrete, water displacement requirements, interior, electrical and plumbing). Everything turned out amazing and will definitely use him for our next project!

Just had a 30 x 40 Barn built. It came out great! The job was done professionally and the work force was great. The site manager answered all my questions, the carpenter crew did amazing work on the framing, the pine batten siding and the onsite built sliding doors. The main reason why I chose Cedar Valley Post and Frame was they were willing to do everything for the job, including permits, site prep, installation and concrete work. The project manager kept me informed of every step in the process. I look forward to having them build anther structure on our property in the future.
