The people that were down in the warehouse customer service were rude and sexist to my fiance. The tile is good and they are nice in the showroom, but the warehouse desk guys behavior is unacceptable

I experienced a kind of abrasive tone from one of the people at the counter. Maybe there was a misunderstanding. It wasn't a big deal. They look like they have an outstanding selection. My issue? Not a single employee on the warehouse side wearing a mask. Walking right up on top of me. We've been at this for a year now, and they can't mask up? Failure to take this seriously means I take my business elsewhere.

The folks in the showroom are also very helpful to my customers. After working with best tile for 15 years as a contractor I'm convinced they are the best tile distributor in the Pittsburgh area.

I havent purchased yet, but my consultation was a great experience. Unlike a big box store, I was greeted & not avoided. They have so many samples and idea boards to help you formulate your design. I had a design, but had many questions about how to execute it. The consultant Celina was engaging, listened and was so helpful. I feel bettter now about moving forward with my bath project.
