Vassallo Engineering took care of the surveying and land subdivision for my real estate property and were there every step of the way. They answered my many questions with knowledge and expertise and the map drawings were excellent. They even helped me through the process of city and county approval and registering. Very professional and highly recommend!

Very unprofessional and downright rude! Don't bother contacting this company if you have a small job--they are only interested in big money. My husband and I had a very small piece of property we needed a survey for. Contacted Vassallo because they were recommended to us. They did an initial survey which showed that we had much less land than we thought. We paid an office visit to Mr Vassallo and expressed our concerns. He agreed to do more research, but warned us it would take some time. We told him that was not a problem. We did not bother him for three months, after which we sent several e-mails and left voice messages, all of which went unanswered. I finally reached Mr. Vassallo on the phone and he said "Did you ever hear the old adage The Squeaky Wheel Gets the Grease? Well you weren't squeaking, so I wasn't greasing." In other words, he had done absolutely nothing, because we weren't bothering him. Go anywhere else but this place!!!

Wolf Township is a growing municipality located in the East Lycoming School District and conveniently located near Penn Township where natural gas exploration has thrived. Consequently, developers find Wolf Township a great place for subdivisions and staging facilities. All plans go to the Planning Commission. Dan Vassallo is an important consultant to the PC. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with due to a common sense outlook and familiarity with the area and the people residing in Lycoming County. We are very lucky to have Vassallo Engineering & Surveying Inc. part of our team.
