Not sure about the company's service, but I can tell you the owner is a very upstanding and honest person. One of his employees hit my un-insured car while it was parked stationary in a parking lot. The owner of B&K paid for it out of pocket for me so that I didn't have a destroyed door on my vehicle. Would definitely do business with based on this interaction alone if I ever needed rental equipment, he takes care of people.

Would not use this company again. Reserved a boom in advance only to be told the day before that a mistake was made and one was not available. After several calls to resolve the issue because the equipment was needed for a facility equipment shutdown, one was finally provided the day of. After the equipment was returned we received an invoice charging us 5 hours pickup and delivery for a job site located only half hour away. The company responded by saying some of the time was for equipment loading. This information did not match with what the job site sign in sheet shown for time in and out. Only rental company in 15 years to charge us $650.00 for pickup and delivery. Company was not willing to reduce this amount or show accurate information where they came up with 5 hours for pickup and delivery. We will continue to use Best Line.
