We had our 2 car garage renovated to a living space for my father-in-law, Trevor was our project manager, we ran into a few hiccups, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! He answered every call and question within minutes! Even on weekends! We are very satisfied with end product, so is my father-in-law, thank you Trevor!! I don't ever give 5 stars only because I always feel there is room for improvement no matter who you are! Keep up the great work Trevor!!

Overall

We had an old stone garage floor redone with a concrete finish. The finished floor is beautiful! Our job manager, Jeff was knowledgeable and professional. Every step of the job from estimate to final finish was clearly communicated and on time. This is the second home remodeling job BLM completed for us, and we will contact them for any and all work we need in the future.

I had a total bathroom remodel completed by BLM and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone I worked with — from the estimator to the project manager to the designer — was extremely responsive. Jeff, the project manager, did an excellent job of checking in with me, keeping me updated on the status of the project and aware of any issues. He also ensured that everything was perfect upon completion. All of the workers were pleasant and respectful while working in my home. I absolutely love my new bathroom, which was completed sooner and faster than expected. The next time I need anything done, BLM will be my first stop!

All of the craftsman took the time to complete everything in fine details. We are 100% satisfied with the work, the time-frame, and the cost.

BLM Construction totally remodeled the entire first floor of my home. Their subcontractors were timely, professional and knowledgeable! They took my 1969 home and brought it up to 2022! Wade, the carpenter was awesome! I have received so many compliments regarding this feature wall. He was also able to restore my existing french doors and make them into contemporary barn doors! I truly can't say enough about the painters that came through. Shane, Daniel and the "guys" can work for me any day! They arrived on time, worked efficiently and quietly (I worked from home) and cleaned up thoroughly! I want to personally thank Kate Melder. She worked with me from the beginning of the project all the way to the end. There were several times that I literally called her on my cell phone from stores and she patiently answered me and gave me sound advice on my home choices. She also personally drove to Hanover to get me some floor samples! I want to also thank Ryan Gann for personally answering all my questions and offering his professional home repair suggestions. Thanks Ryan for going out of your way to make me happy...my sons and I had a great bonding time scraping wall paper off the ceiling! lol
If I would have any negatives, it would be the timeframe it took to get this project completed (7 weeks). I went through 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) with my house tore up but the end result was worth it! Also, I wished that Drew would have been more forthcoming when estimating the job. I would recommend that in the future, he takes some of the workers with him so they can give more accurate figures.
It was a pleasure working with BLM Construction and I would highly recommend you!
