We had Roia work on two refrigerators beginning in May 2023. The first issue (beverage fridge), was diagnosed and repaired promptly. The bigger issue was an inoperable ice-maker on a large fridge. The techs were great and worked with the manufacturer in trying to diagnose. Several parts were replaced and we spent over $600 (so far) trying to fix this issue unsuccessfully . Their last visit was in January 2024 and since then countless texts and voicemails have gone unanswered. We still have no ice. Very poor customer service.

Beware, NOT the same Roia. Have used Roia several times over the past 4 years with good results. This time was TERRIBLE. Quoted about $2k to fix a microwave, wine fridge, and another beverage cooler. Communication was terrible - average response time to call or email was 4 weeks. Claimed they couldn't find the parts or wiring diagram - in a 5 minute phone call to Marvel I had the parts ordered, and the diagram was on the back of the unit (that they'd pulled out). Didn't put anything back properly, and left the microwave in a position that we nearly broke the door trying to get it open. Over 4 months of delays and no communication. Ultimately had to file a chargeback with my credit card and fixed the units myself.
