I am very pleased with the water heater replacement done by CW Cummings / water heater geeks. The company gave me options of replacing my gas water heater tank with an identical tank, or replacing it with a gas tankless option. After considering both options and being told by the company about the $600 rebate offered by RI Energy, I choose the tankless system. Mr. Chris Cummings was involved in the entire process, making sure that I had the information I needed and ensuring the installation team knew how to route the new pipes. The installation team were hard workers and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and there was not a spec of dirt left when then were done. I highly recommend this company.

HIghly recommend! Service people were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. They also took the time to explain the problem as well as what they were going to do to rectify it. I called due to an active leak, and they came within a 1/2 hour of my phone call. I can't say enough good things about this company - they literally prevented damage to my home due to their quick response.

Chris and the staff with CW Cummings were extremely responsive and professional. I called first thing in the morning after a long weekend and Chris was literally at my house within 15 minutes of that call. He quickly determined the issue and scheduled to replace my water heater within about a week. The quality of work was excellent. I would recommend them without hesitation.
