The technician Matt was the absolute BEST I have ever had for ANY service at our home. Matt knew the root cause of the problem before he walked in the door by reviewing previous service by Alarm New England after taking the system over from ESS. He presented me 2 options to remediate, he completed the repair work within 5 minutes for the option I selected, and he was efficient, courteous, helpful and professional. The BEST customer service ever! Thank you.

Ever since alarm new england bought out eastern security service has been terrible. We have doors with hard wired sensors. When we had the doors replaced they installed new wireless sensors. Without fail every 2 months it just stops working. They already came out one to fix it on their dime which would be great if we didn't have to wait weeks with a non-functioning alarm. This time for the same issue we have to wait a month to get it repaired.

We'vev had issues with their contact process when there is an alarm. We call in to make a change and it never happens.

Over all displeased with the service. I think it's time to go elsewhere.

My experience with Alarm New England has been amazing. It's not about the tech or the hardware, it's about the people. They sent experienced and knowledgeable staff, not subcontractors (like their competitors do). And they worked with me directly to troubleshoot issues and get to the bottom of them rather than trying random "fixes" and handwaving (like their competitors do). They took the time to make sure EVERYTHING is set up and working perfectly, walking me through setup procedures rather than throwing a manual at me (like their competitors do). So happy I switched to ANE!
