Overall

We hired GCR to take over a project another contractor was not able to complete. I am glad we did! Nick is very professional and responsive. His team was able to complete our project in a timely fashion. We will definitely call GCR for any home remodeling projects in the future!

We recently renovated the garage into a play room/man cave. Nick came in the first day and was very thorough and clear on his explanations of what could be done and how. He was very professional and responsive with any questions we had. When the crew showed up to start work they showed the same attitude he exhibited. Professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Any questions or concerns were answered within 24 hours or less. They leveled the uneven cracked concrete floor which was in horrible condition. They added electrical outlets, heat, insulation and replaced the entry to the garage all to code with the city. They took care of getting all the needed permits and coding issues. They were here every day rain or shine or in the snow. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done.

Overall

Was looking to have a new half bathroom constructed on our first floor. Found GCR online and gave them a call. Within a few days Nick came out and sized up the job, got back to me promptly with a reasonable quote. The crew started work a few weeks later and did an awesome job. Local company, professional, skilled workers, respectful, attentive, and punctual. Price was on the high side due to current inflation of building materials but otherwise couldn't be happier with the job done. If you're looking for a quality contractor look no further than GCR.

Overall

We have an old original stairway and back door landing that was weakened/pulling away from basement foundation, needed shoring up. Nick and crew did so, now its solid! Very sturdy, feels great to walk on/use. Clearly articulated what would be done and why, couldn't change existing structure per code. Pulled city permits, has inspector coming out and will be on site for it. Peace of mind x 10!!! Oh, and Deb was fantastic with all in-process communications - she's a gem!
