American Blind was great to work with! The staff, from the phone answering to the installation, were all professional and helpful. Mike suggested beautiful drapery for my patio door and recommended shutters for the dining room, both of which turned out beautifully. The installer did a fantastic job and gave useful tips. I'll definitely use them again for my window treatments!

My neighbor recommended this company, and I'm glad I listened. Ryan got in touch quickly after I asked for information, and we set up a consultation. They were flexible with my schedule, and Fran came early on a weekend to take measurements before our restaurant opened. He helped me pick a shade that suited our needs and looked great. They ordered the custom blinds and installed them on a day we were closed. Communication was smooth, making the process easy. I look forward to working with them again. I love that they are local and family-owned.

Terrible customer service. The swatch color had a honey color. When installer came, I could see see it was not even close to the color I ordered! I went to the store to take home swatch and took photos side by side . You can see the swatch has a honey color, and the blinds are a different shade and darker. Brought photos back to show owner and secretary. Secretary thought the swatch matched perfectly. What do you think! She said she’d show owner the photos, and only corresponded, after I complained that they weren’t doing anything to fix this ! 3 weeks have gone by since she responded, that she will get back to me when the owner hears from the manufacturer! I paid $965 for blinds that look dead on my windows!

We just had our new blinds installed along with a beautiful cornice. We love them!! Great service from beginning to end. They came out to the house, measured and brought samples to choose from and gave great suggestions. Installation was professional and quick. Will be replacing other blinds in the house and will definitely use American Blind! Thank you again!
