A bat flew in my apartment in the middle of the night.
They answered the phone at 2am, the technician got right back to me and was at my house in a reasonable time.
She had difficulty finding the bat at first but left no stone unturned and by 5am the ordeal was over and took care of the animal in a humane manner. Price was reasonable considering the emergency service, would definitely recommend

I manage a large self storage facility, and pests of any kind are one of my worst nightmares! I had a big scare and my spouse recommended that I call Dina, to see if she could help, and I I'm so glad that I did. She came by as fast as she could, and got right to work making sure that the problem didn't get out of hand. She came back the next night to do a full treatment on the facility and has been coming back on a regular basis ever since for me. My manager was so impressed that she started using Dina at all of the locations that she's responsible for! As busy as she is Dina is the one to call!!!!

Absolutely horrible pest elimination service. The woman who came to my house did not do any kind of inspection- just sprayed for what she thought the problem might be. A few days later the was no sign that the problem was clearing up. I called her and asked her if her if it’d be possible for her to come back out ( which she did in a very timely manner). Round two there was still no inspection done- the same process was just repeated. I reach out a third time to see what more could be done. The woman’s said she would get back to me within 24 hours. I have not heard a single word from her. This company is disgraceful. Now, 10 days after the initial spray there are still pests in my home and I am getting unbearable bites. I am so deeply disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Chris arrived “early”, which was greatly appreciated. He was very polite and professional. I walked with him through the entire inspection. He was very thorough and pointed out potential areas of vulnerability that I was completely unaware of as well as things that were already in place as deterrents. He did not rush, and I felt more comfortable after he left with the knowledge that making some minor changes/improvements will make my home more of a barrier to these critters. I had never heard of your company and was a little ambivalent (but desperate), and happy to say that I wouldn’t hesitate to contact your company again. Chris is the best. I have worked with him a couple times, and he is always on time, and gets right back to me. very very thorough with the inspection and most importantly the explanation. He puts it in terms anyone could understand and really explains what’s going on. He also tells you what you need to do to fix the problem long term which is great. Chris came over right away and humanely helped the swallows find their way home while also tightening our hatch so they wouldn't get stuck again.
