Greg Raso, owner of Clean Rite and his team are amazing! Upon hearing about a couple living off of SS from Rob Robinson with Nature Cleanse, Greg reached out to me to see what they could do to help. He sent Craig to drop off a dehumidifier for a week free of charge to help get this couple back on their feet and take care of some water issues!
I will be recommending Greg and his team, the rest of my life and cannot thank them enough!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Clean Rite. Jamal was absolutely fantastic, not only did he skillfully place one of our large area rugs under some very tricky furniture, he cleaned a second rug (which is used in a very high traffic area) until it looked like new! Jamal was also incredibly patient and understanding as we managed an infant and two dogs during the appointment. We will absolutely be back for all of our cleanings!

Clean Rite took care of me calmly and professionally from the beginning. I never imagined my basement flooding and now, here we are.

Heather kept in contact with me about all my appointments and someone was able to come out immediately. Everyone was empathetic and professional. When Dan came out and became our main guy, my dog and I were delighted! Dan is great! He was super easy going and friendly and that goes a long way when a customer is stressed. Prompt, courteous, knowledgable and he really did the job like it was his own home. He and Drew worked quickly when removing the damaged items and were always well organized and efficient. Dan went the extra mile when cleaning the basement. He doesn't just get the job done, he gets it done efficiently and professionally. Your entire company seems to reflect this work ethic and I would continue to hire more people who understand how important this work is and how important it is to be authentic and empathetic with customers. I know there are customers who can be really awful under stressful circumstances, but.if you keep up with your commitment to running a tight ship you should be around for a long time. Tom did a truly outstanding job leading his team in the clean-up of a quite serious leak in our home. Tom and his team (especially his Deputy, Dan) were thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them highly to anyone with a similar problem.
