If I could give Timpson 10 stars I would. To be brief, the water line to my duplex in Westerly needed to be replaced immediately, and the town would not restore water service (with current tenants there) following town water line maintenance in the neighborhood until this was done. An excavator was needed, and this was on a Wednesday. John from Timpson understood my problem and quickly moved up my appointment to assess the situation and offered the solution on Thursday, and the work was done on Friday morning. They even had the town there to facilitate the restoration of the water and this made my tenants and me extremely happy.

Timpson went above and beyond my expectations! The quality of work is unmatched. More importantly, John always answered every question and explained how the system worked. The finished work was incredible! My yard looked great for my backyard wedding. Thank you John and his team!
