Wow! I was so impressed by every facet of working with Allen for my home inspection. I highly recommend his services, and truly believe Allen is fair, honest, and thorough in both his pricing and his examination of the property.

I am a first-time home buyer, and a mother to a young baby--so choosing the inspector for my fixer upper home that was built in 1920 was a daunting task. From the first interaction with Allen, I could tell he was professional, personable, sharp, and a clear communicator. Booking the inspection through his website was easy, and his digital PDF of the inspection report (which he delivered within a day or so of the inspection) was very clear and actionable, with many pictures and recommendations for how to handle the various aspects of the home that needed repair.

He was clear about the areas where we could forgo a repair, or salvage something existing, versus the certain things in our home that needed immediate professional attention.
