Be cautious when hiring this company. I used their painters and carpenters. Less than 10 months later I'm having issues from both. I have contacted them numerous times, only to have them make excuses as to why they can't come fix the issues.
They are pretty quick to take you on as a client and take your money, but when you have issues, that are covered under a two year warranty, you will end up begging them and very frustrated, to come back and make those repairs!

There should be a zero stars option. Would highly NOT recommend this company. I live in a condo association and we hired this company to power wash and stain our decks and the projects started about 6 weeks ago. There were issues with the first round of decks as the stain did not cover the old stain and they admitted that they should have used a different stain and needed a second coat. They proceeded to do the other buildings with 2 coats, but didn’t come back to redo the first set of decks that they said they would do. Finally 6 weeks later they came to redo one of the decks and since it had been so long since the first coat that didn’t cover it had to be sanded and then stained again. The worker spent most of his time holding his phone to his ear talking to someone while painting with the other hand. The result is deck boards that aren’t stained past the railings so all the way around the perimeter of the deck has no second coat, see pictures. They also did not put a 2nd coat on any of the railings and are places that were never stained at all. Remind you we have waited 6 weeks for this 2nd coat with many phone calls and promises so you would think they would want to make sure it’s done correctly. The pictures are of the deck boards after the first coat. The other pictures are after they came back and did 2nd coat. The other pictures are of spots on the deck that were not covered at all. I would caution everyone to stay far away from this company.

Excellent company to work with. I called for a quote and the price was great. From quote to completed work was 1 week. Everyone was very nice and friendly and the work was completed very efficiently. The 2 painters came in, covered everything, fixed some holes, primed and painted my kitchen, living room and hallway ceilings. It looks fantastic. I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters!

Everything went well and the company lives up to their name. We have no complaints or concerns. There were no issues that could not be addressed. My partner was so impressed with the work, that he's now looking forward to getting the living and dining areas done as soon as we save up enough money.
