Keith and Frank just left after installing minisplits throughout our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the process from beginning to end. They took exactly the amount of time they said it would. They were friendly and cleaned up when they were finished. Everything was explained on how to operate the system. I would highly recommend EnergyOne.

I have to say that not being from here, I was quite aghast at pricing. Furthermore I called to ask a q after spending a lot on annual maintenance and they told me likely could not be fixed. I then said ok no worries and they sent someone else out anyway and then charged me money for it (after explicitly saying not to send someone if they couldn't do anything,) I was beyond frustrated. Then when I had an actual problem of course after hours and this kind gentleman helped me out for an hour over the phone to troubleshoot so my children would have heat, I realized it was all worth the cost. When it turned out that the kind gentleman was none other than the owner Tom Vessella, I was beyond impressed. Despite asking multiple times for a bill he refused. I am forever indebted to this gentleman and recommend this business multiple times over if this is the type of ownership they have in place.

We have been using Energy One to do our Boiler Maintenance for a bit. We recently decided to have a New Hot Water Tank put in. Right from the start I was happy. Matt the salesman came out and was friendly and provided me with many options. I have to say Rick and Roy who came out to do the install was very Professional. Both took time to discuss what their plans was and asked number of times if I had any questions. They ensure all was fully to my satisfaction after the install and clean up everything. The install itself is very clean and well done. If you need work or maintenance this is the place.

I contacted Energy-One for a quote on a MiniSplit AC unit for my home. Energy-One called me back immediately, setup a date for consultation and promptly provided me an estimate in writing (unlike several other companies I contacted). The price was very competitive and install was scheduled within a couple of weeks. The communication and follow up by the Sales associate, Matt, and Karen in the office was great! My install was delayed just a day due to weather but I was kept informed ahead of time which is very important to me. Tom and Kevin came to install and were prompt, very professional and courteous. The job was completed in the agreed upon time and every thing was neat as a pin when they were done. They took the time to give me some instruction on using the unit as this was my first time using a mini-split. Bonus points to the guys for taking a couple of minutes to play with my dogs which made them (the dogs) very happy! I will absolutely use Energy-One in the future for all my heating/cooling needs.

I was very happy with my entire experience with Energy One from start to finish. From the estimate to the installation EVERYONE showed up on the day they were scheduled and on time. (I'm having a lot of work done on my house and I can't get ANY contractors to show up when they say they are going to.) They were all very nice and professional and did a great job with the installation and explanation of the operation of the equipment. They left my home spotless when they finished. I hired Energy-One for a 5-zone ductless split a/c install. It was a good experience overall. They worked with me to develop a cost effective solution to cool the whole house, and the installation was very clean and professional. They quoted me 4 days of work and finished in 3.5. They also kept the job site clean and left the site clean when they departed. The quote was also very reasonable for the amount of equipment and labor.
