The inspection was very comprehensive. Nick had the tools including: a drone to capture roof details; a heat sensing meters to monitor radian heat circulating through the floors and heat / cooling differential per register; as well as electrical outlet tester. All appliances were tested to determine functionality.

Nick was very approachable and sought out my issues of concern to be sure those issues were addressed. He and the very detailed report explained what the various mechanicals were and operational details in addition to the rating of physical condition and functionality.

The report as noted was comprehensive with pictures, status, priority of concern and well as potential remediation and contractors. The report was delivered on the day of the inspection (several hours later) and was easy to comprehend.

I would use Onega Inspection Services again!
