Had a pretty large job: clearing roots and relining about 65' of an old cast iron pipe out to the curb. Took a little over two days and Rob and his crew were great. Very friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Left the place spotless. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again - highly recommend!

Rob and his crew were great. I had an emergency with my sewer pipe and they got there the same day I called, resolved the issue quickly and then came back the following week for the longer term solution. Price was reasonable, they showed up when they said they would, communicated throughout the job and finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Thank god we sent the first people who arrived and this local company came in and explained what was happening with our pipes after looking through a camera. We have an older home and the material used on our pipes through the decades is varied to say the least. Friendly .. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, no desperate crazy quote and sales pitch. RI based (watch out for RI phone numbers with no address!!)

We contracted Professional Drain Services of New England in June and had a great experience. They were responsive to our initial calls, explained everything during the inspection visit, followed up immediately with a detailed quote, provided high quality work with a professional team, and went above and beyond cleaning up after the job was done. All this and we came in under budget which was transparently communicated. Responsive, honest and high quality is how we would describe our experience. and definitely would recommend to others without reservation. Wish there were more businesses with this level of service!
