We were on vacation on the west coast and the dog sitter called and said the AC quit working after the storms on Saturday. I called Holley based on a recommendation from a friend. We did have to wait a couple days for the technician to arrive, but with all the hot weather it’s expected that HVAC businesses would have a backlog. The tech showed up on time and had our AC working again within 60 minutes.

Owner was rude and totally unhelpful. Rather than fixing issues identified he was only interested in selling an entirely new unit and associated devices. Unfortunately, there was nothing wrong with 98% of the equipment involved.
I had signed a check for a maintenance contract with one of the workers only to discover that the owner had issued a refund for the entire amount before an ensuing conversation with me. I received that a day after it was paid.
It has been three months since this encounter; system is working fine even during the current extreme temperature.
I waited this long prior to responding to this survey in order to ensure that my response would be based on fact and not emotion.
Use this company only if everyone else listed in the phonebook has passed away.

Heat pump was vibrating very loudly early Saturday morning. I called Holley and was pleasantly surprised that a human voice answered and took my information. In about 5 minutes a tech called me back and said he could be out in 15-20 minutes to evaluate the problem. He would not be able to get any major parts until Monday however. He did get to me in his estimated time and fortunately there was no major damage to the unit. He fixed the problem ( dead rodent extrications) and the unit went back to working properly, thank goodness. He thanked me for being a preferred customer and said the rate for repairs was appreciably lower than the standard rate for off hours service. Needless to say I was extremely happy. THANKS HOLLEY! Great job!

Very great service.
The technician was professional and very fast.
They got out to our house pretty fast too.
The technician told my husband about a service plan that was very reasonably priced to maintain the air conditioning unit.
We will definitely be doing the service plan if we decide to stay in our house.

I was so pleased with their service. My air conditioner died and they were able to get it replaced in 3 days - right before a severe hot spell. The two men who did the work were friendly, professional and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. I would definitely recommend Holley to anyone.

First class. My plumber thought he fond an A/C problem so I called Holley. They came out within two hours. Upon further review the problem my plumber told me about was not a problem and required no service. Devin checked the system out and found a problem with the drain line which I never knew exhausted. He and his partner fixed the problem. They were very thorough and professional. I will always call Holley.

The techs that come to service our veterinary clinic were absolutely fantastic. They found a way to improve the air flow in our building as well as save us time and money in the future. They were so professional and nice. Devlin and Hayden were great!

Our service man, louise, was professional, knew his job and was very courteous. He had the problem fixed in about 45 minutes and got us interested in the yearly sign up program to take care of the deductible for the next year. Five stars. Good job.

The technician was very responsive and took the time to explain everything about the system and what may have caused it to stop cooling. Before performing any work that would add additional charges he took the time to define them and explain why the work was necessary. Great service at a reasonable price! Thank you!
