Poor customer service. Does not answer or return calls. Very over priced Installed irrigation that does not water my plants. I have to hose daily when I installed irrigation. Everything has either died or has not thrived. Placed wrong plants in wrong areas. Does not know what plants belong in full sun or which plants belong in shade. Did not use quality dirt or amend soil. Terrible job. Waste of money. Sad and disappointed that I spent several thousands of dollars to only have to replace and redo everything. As much as I liked David the Owner , he was not available through out the job. His quotes were way off. I was charged several hundred dollars for items not installed. Charged for soil and not put in. None of my plants have would they were just installed in sand. Which are now all dead. Then he tells you he has no responsibility for the plants you were tripled charged for that due cause they were not planted correctly. He tripled charged for smaller sized plants but charged over inflated pricing. He puts more emphasis and quality into his trucks and jewelry than the care of your job and customer service. Disappointed!

It was a true pleasure working with Father Nature, from start to finish! David was very knowledgeable about different plants-we wanted plants that were as deer-proof as possible. He is very professional and also has great design sense. His crew removed dead and dying shrubs and plants and also trimmed some of the tree limbs. We couldn't be more pleased with the end results!

My rating is a 4.5. Father Nature’s crew worked harder than anyone I have ever seen and built us a beautiful new patio. They came when they said they would, starting at 8:00 am every day and working until 6 pm, with only a short lunch break, under brutally hot weather. The patio itself was done in 3 days. We are extremely happy with the end result. The supervision by owner David could have been a little better, because even with the best crew, problems do come up from time to time during construction. While he was usually available by phone, there is no substitute for having someone on scene who can communicate effectively with the Spanish-speaking crew. I took off a half point for that. There were also a few surprises with the final bill (part of which I take responsibility for because I didn’t ask for a quote for all “extras” up front), but I was pleased that David resolved these with me in a timely and professional manner.

Father Nature replaced our front lawn due to it being drowned out by a down spout, and a large live oak. They were fabulous to deal with, always returned my calls, and did an amazing job. They did a lot of prep work to assure the previous problems wouldn’t happen again. It’s so nice to look at the beautiful job they did after our previous lawn was nonexistent! They also take take of our lawn on a weekly basis. Again, they do a great job!!!!!

We used Father Nature last week to install artificial turf on our beach-front property. They did an extraordinarily good job. A clearly experienced crew showed up exactly on time, expertly prepped the surface beneath the turf (much more to it than I would have thought) and laid down the new turf. It looks beautiful.

Because of the quality of their work, we had them back today to help with new beds and plantings. Again, a full team arrived exactly on time, carefully and thoroughly did all of the planting and cleaned up thoroughly behind them.

If I could give Father Nature six stars, I would.

Father Nature did an outstanding job for me. David came out and walked around the property with me. He had some recommendations and gave me an immediate estimate. The price was slightly more than I expected but it was worth every cent. His crew came out within days and did an awesome job. They are a well oiled machine , work as a team and worked the whole time they were here. Christian was the lead and any questions or concerns that I had he immediately contacted David. The crew was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Father Nature.
