I had Blake heat and air come out to check my upstairs unit. It did not seem to be performing as it did a year ago. The filters were clean. He went up in the Attic and checked my coil. They were clean. He ran tests on the unit inside and out and everything checked out. OK he said that because the motor ran at different speeds, it would take a little longer for the AC to cool down the upstairs.. I used to do plumbing heating and air as a tradesmen/contractor. But the units are very different today than they were when I did them. The service tech explained everything to me. His name is Ryan and he did an excellent job and I would recommend them anytime. I had had two previous contractors out, but Ryan at Blake heat/ air explained things to me that the others had not. Also, he was very courteous, messaged me before he came, and showed up at the time that they had set the appointment for. I will use Blake heating and air again and I highly recommend. Being in the trades for 45 years, I can recognize a good tech when I see one. Thank you Ryan.

My AC went out at night after the drain clogged and got all the electric wet. They came out real quick and fixed it fast. Knew exactly what to look for, and even checked the part I said it could be. Which was fine, but the original from 2005. So I asked him to go ahead and replace it. Less than 30 mins and my 87F house was finally cooling off. ?? He showed me everything before replacing or repairing. Which was great. The only part that cost the most was the part I asked to get replaced. Which I was happy with. Comes with a warranty and all. Thanks a bunch.

Highly recommend these folks. My AC went out and I called Blake and Sons. Ryan came out and determined I needed a whole new system but he couldn't get the parts for about 4 days. He recommended a couple of other (larger) companies that could probably get it done sooner so with the summer heat I had to go with someone else (albeit at a higher cost than Blake and sons). I can't express how much I appreciate the honesty and integrity Ryan showed. He was genuinely more concerned with getting my AC fixed than with who got the job. That's hard to find these days.

Highly recommend Blake and Sons! Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air, so I made an appointment for the next day--then they called and said that they could actually get to us the same day I called. George came out and got the issue fixed! He was very thorough in his investigation and diagnosis of the issue and did a great job of explaining what he was doing to me. Pricing was very reasonable, and George was just as happy as I was that he got our AC fixed without any costly electrical work. Thank you thank you!

The “Sons” responded to my call for help, though I hadn’t used their services before. They were prompt, super efficient, clean and neat. My unit is humming along perfectly now! The price was reasonable, too. 2 neighbors recommended them to me, and from now on, I’ll be recommending them as often as I can. Such a nice experience-unlike ARS who had the warranty until it expired. They never came out without trying desperately to sell me useless parts and service add-ons.
