Jason and crew replaced our 4 ton duct system and did an absolutely superb job. Workers showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They used quality materials and their quality of work was first class. After the installers completed their work, Jason did a thorough quality inspection and made a few fine tuning adjustments to ensure system was operating efficiently. He even made some needed repairs not related to the duct system without charging us a dime. And, they
did a great job of cleaning up! A very refreshing experience!!!

I saw this company had good reviews on Google so I hired them for a house HVAC inspection. It turned out to be very disappointing. The tech arrived much late (1 h) and the inspection took 45 mins while I was charged 225 for inspecting. I am not mad at the price tbh even thought I never received their email informing us the price and/or the work that was going to be performed. What made me write this review was I never received the report after 5 days until when I am writing the review. FYI, termite inspector wrote the report onsite and we received the report same night, the whole house inspection report of more than 100 pages was received next day. How amazing it is to take a few days to write a report for a residence with 3 AC units? I wish this company while charging high price, could provide better and more transparent service.

I cannot say enough about how great True Comfort of the Carolina's is. I am a home inspector and have had the pleasure of working closely with the True Comfort team when it comes to HVAC inspections for new clients. Jason and David do a phenomenal job during the inspection process and overall a wealth of knowledge to leave customers without any questions unanswered. Stephanie is always there to answer the phone, answer questions, schedule appointments, etc whether in the office, the parts store, or off site.

I'm extremely impressed with the quality that they bring to the HVAC industry as they are unmatched. Lastly, I truly don't think the True Comfort Team sleeps as I have received reports as late as 2 AM after a full day of service calls. True Comfort of the Carolinas is a company that has a value of a Servant's Heart and will go above and beyond to make sure you as the customer is taken care of.
