I had a very pleasant experience with Micalline Surfaces. They professionally installed new countertops. After the initial payment, they installed them within two weeks. Let me start my by saying it completely changed the look of my kitchen. The installers were very kind and took the time to explain to my husband and myself what we needed to know. I would highly recommend you go with them if you are looking for a modern and updated kitchen. Needless to say, it is my favorite room in the house!

Very dissatisfied. What should have taken 5 days to replace my shower took well over 3 weeks.
On Thursday (27 July) they came to demo. At 10 o clock in the morning I called to ask why they hadn’t been here yet and was informed that the trailer had a flat. After demo started the crew just sat for 3 hour’s waiting for “tools”. I thought that was very peculiar. (Found out after the fact that the trailer was at the shop getting new tires). No communication. Friday, day 2, and they came for like 15 minutes and took out the sink. That was all. Monday comes and after plumber is done I call and said plumber was done. He said they were making panels and would be out Wednesday and should be finished then. Wednesday comes and still not finished. Thursday and I am informed they broke one panel and miss drilled another so they wouldn’t be done. Now I am angry and call to let them know that this project is taking way too long. He informs me that they only make panels on Tuesday soonest. Now I am livid because this is the only shower in my home and now it will be 15+ days before they can even try to finish. When they said they were finished they left knowing the shower door was rubbing on the adjacent wall. Two more weeks before they come back to fix that.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and actually will steer people clear of it for the botched job they done on mine. Terrible experience
