One of the WORST jobs you can work at. ALOT of work and very little pay. The job is full of Hispanics and they don't like anybody once you get on commission pay they will do anything they can to get you fired cause they want all the money and there is no defending yourself cause all the managers believe anything they say. The boy who runs the show his name is Dionicio Romero this man is one of the biggest reason along with the other Hispanics why they have a big turnover rate people come in and quit within a few days cause they run people off and all the other managers don't care they will believe anything Dionicio Romero says and so many people have said him and the other Hispanic workers have told so many lies on people but no one will believe them so many people warned me about working there and I didn't listen. Also the man over they whole thing is name is steve and you'll never see him and if it ain't about money he don't give damn about anything else so you'll waste your time talking to him as well. I just want to warn ⚠️ people about working at this job PLEASE stay away from this place that's if your any other race other then Hispanic.

Truck Drivers:
It's not bad, when coming in from the street don't be afraid to take both lanes to turn in here becauseit's tight & there's a dirt spot to park. A guy came to me for check in but may be different when you come over. Very easy back, be careful on products, open slowly to check.

I’m a custom home builder since 1990. You NEED TO READ THIS
Daniel Wilson was my salesman.
We agreed to a price for foam insulation on a new house under construction. He called me and said “We can start tomorrow.
I waited until 945 that day, which was a Thursday, and nobody showed up. I text Daniel and he said they’re be there in about an hour. At 5 Pm I went to check. Nobody was ever there.
Text and called Daniel. No response.
We called the office next morning, Friday, and were told the Rig broke down and we’d be there Monday.
Daniel Wilson call me aggressively because my wife called the office saying I don’t do well with third parties calling my boss. What about his lack of communication? Monday morning nobody was there as of 930 am. I, again, text Daniel and he responded Rig was still broken and would be confirming Monday afternoon to be there Tuesday.
745 Monday night I text him, as I never heard from Daniel, if you can’t get there tomorrow I need to move on.
His response was “Move On”
This setback affects many trades to follow and costs much money and time.
Never, in my life have I received such terrible customer service.
If I could give them zero stars I would.
Thanks All in One for costing me thousands of dollars in delays
Your management and communication is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced.
I have text messages to prove everything above.
