We have not yet purchased the windows due to us actively thinking through it. However, we are writing this review because our experience and conversation with Rob (factory rep) was hands down the best experience we have ever had. If the window, insulation, and quality is anything like Rob, you wouldn’t regret purchasing from them.
Amazon job Rob, thank you for coming out!

George and Rob showed up on time which is always a great starting impression. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. First we looked at the windows that need replacing. I appreciate that it wasn't just a cursory glance. They measured the windows, and made sure to note everything needed. Then we moved inside to discuss options.

It was wonderful to feel so instantly relaxed when talking with the gentlemen. The presentation was very engaging. Being able to compare other windows to Champion's with hands-on models went a long way to reassuring me of the quality of their product as well as the ease of use. Every question was thoroughly answered, even when it was about other companies!

I was so impressed and confident in what I will be getting that I signed the paperwork today. I am beyond pleased with my quote. Honestly, I had two other companies scheduled to stop by this week, but I will be calling to cancel those tomorrow. If you need a quality, competent company, look no further.
