Had a leak under our sink we could not figure out. Called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, and they were able to find the cause for the leak and return same day for the repairs. Very helpful and professional. I would recommend to anyone having plumbing issues!

My wife and I are so happy we chose to call Ben Franklin for our plumbing issues. Our technician Joey was a true pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to remedy our issues. This wasn't the easiest fix, as we've had 3 other plumbers out who could not figure out the problem. Joey was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Joey and Ben Franklin definitely made a customer today.

Came home to a break on the main waterline. Call was immediately answered and after some information was taken was assured someone would be on the way. Ray Garren showed up quickly and was able to identify and come up with a temporary solution to the problem to where I am not rushed on getting a more permanent fix done. He was patient and understanding and willing to listen to a customer coming down from high anxiety attack. Would be willing to work and recommend Ray and the company anytime.

Joey done a PHENOMENAL JOB! He’s personality was what I needed today. He was so professional. I was distraught. Crying and had no help. He showed up within minutes. Got the job done and calmed my nerves down. I would definitely recommend this company 1000 times! They are definitely my “Go To” plumbing company from now on! I really appreciate the customer service representative as well. She was soo nice and understanding. I called crying and sobbing during our conversation. I appreciate her patience with me.

My household recently needed an urgent water heater replacement, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Greenwood provided excellent service! Within 30 minutes of our initial call (with very courteous office staff), a technician was at our house to assess and make a plan.
Joey was supremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He was very patient in hearing and answering my questions, and provided helpful information at each stage of the work, including a very quick callback when I had a question after he had left.
Excellent service all around!
