Overall

They are courteous and professional. Returned call promptly, scheduled work promptly. Jack took the time to explain everything in great detail so I would understand. Annette was extraordinarily kind. A bathroom leak is a terrible issue but they made it tolerable. The crew showed up on time and worked hard. They were quiet, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves and did fantastic work! They even tolerated my loud, large dogs. The supervisor Jacques was very professional and polite. The price was fair and workmanship excellent. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Overall

I had general repairs done to my house including replacing a door, repairing fascia board, and repairing wood rot at the base of a door frame.

A few months later, I ended up selling my house, and some questions were raised regarding the repair to the base of the door frame by the buyers of my house. House Doctors was very responsive and extremely accommodating for requests regarding this, including coming out to the house two more times to satisfy the buyers demands.

The work was quality, but I will never forget the level of customer service they provided. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Overall

They were great! The work started a little later than planned and took a little longer than planned, but they were great at communicating where they were in the process. I had custom shelves added to the pantry and they worked with me to make sure they were placed where I wanted. They turned out great!
