Recently my wife and I called Budget Blinds to replace several older blinds and to install blinds in our newly expanded kitchen. From beginning to end we were completely impressed by Chris and his team. Not only were they professional and easy to work with they were on time for each appointment, lived up to their commitments and followed up as promised. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Budget Blinds again and to refer anyone to use them. All businesses should be as easy to do business with.

The representatives from Budget Blinds were wonderful from start to finish. They helped us choose what would look best on our porch. We already had an original roller shade and they helped us match it perfectly for another area. Installation was on time and flawless, AND, we were given all the needed info about care and warranty. This is the second time we’ve used Budget Blinds for a project in our home. Eric has been amazing both times. He takes the time to explain the products I’m interested in and offers other options if cost is a concern. He measures several times to ensure the fit will be perfect. Ryan and Kirk did the install a few weeks after ordering. Both were very professional and vacuumed the area after installation. They also review how to clean the shades. I also love their five year warranty! We currently have a remote control shade over a very high window (we face directly west and the afternoon sun is brutal) and cellular blinds on other windows. As the budget allows, I will be replacing all the shades in our home. Thank you for excellent service from start to finish. Ps, the gentleman you deal with at the office (sorry his name escapes me) is a sweetheart of a man. True southerner gentleman!

Excellent experience from start to finish with this company. I had some specific questions in the beginning that the owner Chris was able to easily answer for me over the phone. After that, Erik came to my house to take measurements and provided me with a detailed quote before even leaving my house that day (I had waited several days on a quote from another company). Once my blinds order arrived, Bill was very courteous and handled scheduling the install on a convenient day for me. Lastly, Ryan and Kirk were top notch installers with attention to detail which was very important to me. I could tell they cared about their workmanship and the end result was fabulous!
