Final update 8/27/23
I see that the owner has replied here and more than happy to reach out again if they provide contact info. Issue was never resolved and Simply Green stopped responding to our email communication. We ultimately paid the balance even though we felt the work was not completed and we were very unhappy because they virtually ghosted us and were just waiting on the 90 days to pass to send us to collections for it.

Update 6/2/23: Unfortunately Simply Green is still not making any attempts to resolve our issues and had since attempted to charge our account without our authorization. We are still trying to work with them, however they are being extremely difficult and greatly lacking in their customer service.

We are in the middle of a discussion with Simply Green with our project not being completed as described. We have tried to contact them since the day they "finished" the project on 4/10/23 and they have still not provided us with a response to resolve our issues. We are hoping to come to an agreement with them soon so that we can update this to a 5 star review.

Josh & Zach helped us decide the best design for our space and budget. Raul and his crew came and confirmed the boundaries and then went straight to work, they had a very efficient system to prepare the area and lay the layers of material. Once prepared they laid the stone with a consistent pattern and then cemented the perimeter to lock in to place. They even saved sod to lay over the edges to complete the installation. Lastly, they cleaned the worksite and my driveway. The final product is beautiful and fits our space perfectly! We are so pleased with the professional installation and will recommend Simply Green to our friends and family.

"Simply horrible". I hate leaving negative reviews, but this company went above and beyond unprofessionalism. I had a pretty bad experience with them. Initially, they said they will charge me $115 for initial cleaning then $55 every visit and I agreed. They said they will come next Tuesday but showed up Wednesday without a notice. The workers damaged the plastic rims between the flower bed and yard likely with the car mower. Killed flowers and left them torn in the flower bed. Lots of ashes and killed weed left in flower bed. I contacted them, sent pictures and they apologized and promised that this is not their standard and they will come next week on Tuesday to fix things and again no showed. I called and sent an email, and Chelsea told me I talked to the manager and we will deduct $15 from the money for the plastic damages (seriously? Do you think I am asking for a useless discount?). They said they will send someone on Friday to take care of the yard and again no show, no excuse. No response to my follow-up email. Guys how come you are so disrespectful to your customers! I called them again the following week, and Chelsea said "I do understand your frustration, I apologize, I know we should take care of all the repairs, however I am waiting for an answer from my manager who didn't decide how to proceed yet, and said they will address that later. She is waiting for a response from her GM and that's why she did not reply to me". Almost 2weeks now from their visit and not even a phone call from the manager! I truly do believe all the negative reviews out there and regret dealing with this company. These guys damaged the plastic, damaged the flower bed, did not clean the driveway nor the flowerbed, left black marks from their car mower in the driveway, then they sent me an invoice for $170 without even coming for the second visit. I would highly recommend against hiring this company. Look for other people that would respect you and your property. This is my honest review and my intention is to warn others from what I have experienced with this company. Screenshots attached.

We recently hired Simply Green for a complete yard renovation. We had a yard full of weeds and drainage issues after heavy downpours. Simply Green removed our existing lawn, properly graded our backyard and installed some gorgeous zoysia sod. Zach, Phillip and their crew are hardworking folks who did the job right.
