Excellent customer service all around! Had to make an after-hours service call and Cory and Travis were incredibly helpful. Cory answered the phone and coordinated everything for us with kindness and consideration. Travis was our service man, he was very careful with his equipment in the house and very professional!

I’d put zero stars if possible! This company put an “elevator “ in my parents house (it’s actually a lift!). Not only is it the ugliest eyesore I have ever seen but IF it was operational when I was there, it broke while I was there. On 2 occasions, my parents got stuck in the lift and couldn’t have gotten out if they hadn’t had a screwdriver in it! Did I mention it was hot as hades while my parents (in their 70s) were trapped in it? As if that’s not bad enough, my mom and I were in it a couple months ago and when she pushed the button to go down, it started descending so fast that we felt we were falling! My mom hit the emergency stop (which slammed us into the sides of the lift!) We were then 2 to 3 feet from the cement (halfway between floors) and she said “It should be ok now, I hope!” After which she resumed descent and it dropped us 2 to 3 feet HARD on the cement! My parents told them to come get it and give them their money back. When they refused, my parents hired an attorney! They’ve never sued ANYONE! After hearing how long it was going to take and how stressful it would be, they have decided to drop it! Even though we are BOTH having to see doctors about damages done by the fall! These people ARE NOT HONEST, do NOT know what they are doing! And I WOULD NOT use them if I were you!

I called this morning at 8:30 am and they had my elevator up and running by 10:30 am! Alex was great and very informative!

I had called another company(the company which installed the elevator) on Friday and as of 2:00 Monday still haven’t heard back to set up a time to come out. That company also quoted me $425.00 just for the service call. Elevators Plus, LLC was extremely reasonable!

I highly recommend giving these guys a call for any elevator needs.

I worked their lead technical guy, Alex, who was very professional, knowledgable, and worked with my schedule. He came out on time, found a broken gate switch, plus a couple wiring issues. Elevator back up and running! Price was competitively fair, considering their service area. Happy to find them.

We own a couple vacation homes-They do all my work on my elevator. Their quality and knowledge is great and they warrantied an item they previously installed -on a service call for me( as they should but some contractors don't!). Won't go anywhere else for my elevator work.

This company does a fabulous job. They came out on short notice to inspect the elevator in the home we were purchasing. They are extremely knowledgeable and will explain everything. They totally impressed our realtor as well. They will be doing our ongoing maintenance and any updates we do in the future. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
