Our generator stopped working and we were unable to find anyone in our Northern New York town who was able to fix it. Several tried but gave up. The RV park we are staying at in Myrtle Beach has a service department and since they didn't work on generators, suggested we call Cooper Electrical Services. I called and spoke with Ralph and he said he will send the mobile unit out on Tuesday. Andrew arrived right on time. and within a 1/2 hour he had fixed it and it was running like new. He knows what he's doing and I highly recommend him and Cooper Electrical Services.

Brought Rialta RV in for generator service. 25 yo hard to access, needs $20 part, had to remove generator to get to it. Waiting for part, said it should be here it 3 days. Technician seems competent. Rating could change after completion of job.

I called Cooper electric to work on my on an gen-set in my motorhome.when I talked to them I told them I was having trouble with my carburetor. When they came out and looked at it they said I was having carburetor ! They don’t repair they just replace parts. The man that came out was super nice he checked on the price of a new carb and said there costwas 389.00 but the parts manager said that my price was 796.00 dollars so you do the math. Even thou I told them the problem and it took he maybe 2 minutes to look I had to pay them 135.00to look at my problem. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! I am a electrical contractor in Georgia and this is not how you treat people
