Overall

Great company and will definitely use again! I got behind a leaky bathroom faucet and could quickly tell there were some other issues that might be above my head. We called these guys and Brendan was out a few hours later to assess the situation and back out a few days after to fix everything. While here, Brendan was efficient, friendly, and professional. He got everything done way quicker than I expected. I've already inquired about having some much overdo work done in our master bathroom and am looking forward to doing business with them again. I would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs, big or small.

We live in Surfside Beach, SC. We had Brendin as our service technician for our plumbing needs. He did an excellent job. 5 star service. I would highly recommend him as a service tech great with dogs as well. Work very fast at fixing the problem.

Best experience by far using Blue Water! I called this morning and got an appointment the same day. Andy was the tech that came out, he was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He was punctual and explained everything he was doing. He had a great sense of humor and was down to earth- and he cleaned up better than my son when he was done! Andy is a wonderful representative of the company - I won’t hesitate to call Blue Water again!

Had Bluewater come out for an issue that another plumbing company came out for about 6 months ago. At that time, I thought the service from the other company was good, but turns out there wasn't something communicated to us. Not sure if the tech didn't have the knowledge or what. Fortunately the technician from Bluewater, Robert, was very knowledgeable on what was happening. He provided a ton of insight into our issue and even went out to check our septic tank, which turned out to be part of the issue. Highly recommend Bluewater and I would definitely call them again should we have any other plumbing issues! Also, Bre at the office was super friendly and helpful!

We could not be more pleased with our service experience with Bluewater Plumbing Services! Their response time was phenomenal!! Their prices are very reasonable!! They have excellent communications via text, email, and phone! Their service man, Robert Copeland, was so prompt, so knowledgeable, so polite and professional! It was an outstanding experience ( as much as a water line leak can be..lol!). We will be using Bluewater Plumbing Services for all future plumbing concerns! It is so refreshing to have such a positive experience with a service provider.
