I must say if you looking for a great product and amazing people this is the site you should be on. I left a message on A Saturday afternoon, I had a return call that same day. The day of the on site quote I had a phone call advising me Justin would be here a little sooner than the appointment and ask if it would be OK to come by a little early.i said sure come by when your available. About 20 minutes later I had a phone call he would be here momentarily. Justin was very professional, polite and thorough. He said when they would be by to do the install. We had a phone call 3 days prior to confirm the appointment and that they would arrive between 10:00 and 10:30. They showed up at 9:55. The 2 installers did a great job! They showed us how to install the panels when needed and stored them away in our garage for us. They were professional, and polite. They were dressed nicely and their vehicle looked professional and clean.
If you need storm protection this is definitely the way to go. They keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Outstanding customer service and service period! Had difficulty in closing my shutters before Storm Debby arrived - spoke to Greg on Sunday and Ritchie was here first thing Monday morning - even though it was my "fault" - they were super pleasant to show me how to close my accordion shutters and feel safe for the upcoming storm here in Conway, SC. If you’re considering MidAtlantic or even considering Storm protection, don’t sit on the fence or window per se any longer! I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and our installer Max was amazing! It’s refreshing to have people be genuine and prideful in their work and their work ethic be outstanding. We are very pleased with our experience with this company and now feel ready and prepared if a storm heads our direction that we would need storm protection for! I can’t wait to get rid of the bulky window boards using up space in my garage. I love the fact that even if I had to put them up myself I can do so with ease and quickness. I highly recommend MidAtlantic, Jordan and Especially Max!

Midatlantic Storm Protection was prompt in responding to our original inquiry regarding storm protection for our home. Jordan made a detailed inspection of our house and made a recommendation based on the BEST solution for our house -not the most expensive one.
Shortly after our deposit and the detailed measurements, a crew arrived to install the supports needed. Afterwards the aluminum panels arrived, ALREADY marked for installation, and the very patient and professional Max made sure we not only knew the installation process but were comfortable doing it ourselves.
We were very pleased with the entire process, including the quick turnaround time (less than a month from initial consultation to delivery) and highly recommend doing business with Midatlantic Storm Protection.

We are 100% satisfied with Midatlantic Storm Protection. Many options to choose from in all price ranges. We chose the accordion type shutter for its ease of operation. In less than 20 minutes our home can now be secured from all weather hazards. It was a pleasure to work with this family run team of experts. From purchasing to installation the process was flawless. Greg explained all our options and helped us choose the shutter that best met our needs. On the day of installation Jordan and Justin were at our home right on time and in just 3 hours the job was done. From ordering to installation was just 4 weeks. But the biggest benefit is the peace of mind we now have.
