Overall

The crew working on 78 near ridgeville SC, has people waiting in 1 spot for over 30+ minutes, the work they're doing is not an improvement on what was already here, it's actually worse. Large chunks of asphalt left in the middle of the road daily, garbage everywhere, and barely making any headway with anything they're doing, I drive through daily and (because I'm not moving for 30 minutes at a time) I get to watch majority of the employees playing on their phones. If you're not gunna work on the road, stop blocking traffic for nothing.

Overall

Banks crew leaves garbage in my yard and on the Muni golf course every night while staging their equipment across the street while repaving Riverland Dr. I called Banks to ask for assistance and assured by a nice lady there that the project manager for this effort would contact me. Never have. I'm sick of their disregard for the community that surrounds them and their slack follow up to my issue. I bet the managers and employees do not throw down their trash in their own front yards, or maybe they do, either way not a company I would pay with my tax dollars.

What a wonderful company that I have had the pleasure of assisting on an as-needed basis as their Front Desk Receptionist! Everyone here is so friendly + helpful, plus I love that the company is very family-oriented! I have nothing but great things to say about Banks Construction!! I look forward to assisting them again in the future!! :) :) :)
