Kristina arrived promptly at 8:00 and I don’t think she took a deep breath between when she arrived and when she left at about 3:00!
Our home is spotless and I am thrilled with her service!

Emilia did a deep clean on my condo last month that desperately needed it. She was on time and took her time to clean thoroughly. When I got home my condo looked immaculate! From the baseboards to the shower tile, it was sparkling and I couldn’t be happier with their service!

We have been using Merry maids for about a year now and it is so hit or miss with the cleaner you get that I am done. We have had some really awesome but the most are just okay or very disappointing. Unfortunately todays visit has lead to this.

I have had to call them to have them return 3x or more because they don't clean whole rooms during some visits. Todays visit is just that. They did not even vacuum or mop my downstairs floors or rugs. It becomes annoying to call and have them come back because my dogs have to be put up for the entire day.

Not only that but they nickel and dime for anything extra. - grout scrub, extra bathroom, or room etc. and they do not move any furniture or reach for anything up high to dust or get underneath.

What I'm annoyed with is they don't do a well enough job on the original clean to then tack on for these additions. Today I asked for additional room and they charged extra but then didnt clean the largest room in the house at all- vacuuming being a bare minimum. They have not been leaving their cleaning cards that tell you who your cleaner was and what they did in the house, for the past few visits either - which tells me they know it's bad and don't want to leave a name.

I feel like they are all about getting to as many cleans as possible instead of doing a thorough job. The upstairs is done great but then it seems they run out of time and do nothing on the bottom floor- which is always where I call about.

I'm looking elsewhere, where there is consistency and attention to detail, because this aint it, and I would encourage you to as well.
